Sometimes we cannot replace one roof type with another roof type. This is because different materials have different characteristics most importantly being weight. We need to carry out an inspection first to check the roof structure as a whole and determine if it is suitable for an alternative roof material.

What’s the Cost of a Roof Restoration?
This is very hard to answer without an inspection – we’re happy to do free inspections and quotes so that you’re not out of pocket to determine if a job is affordable to you.
As a rough guide, most restoration projects fall in between $15 – $35 per square metre plus materials. Be aware that your circumstances may fall outside this range.
We cannot give you a definitive answer without a roof inspection. There are many factors to cost and we would prefer to have them uncovered than run into any surprises after the project has began.
How long does it take to have an inspection done?
We will make every effort to inspect your roof within 1-2 business days. Sometimes, like everyone else, we get extremely busy which may push this time out to a bit longer. When you contact us we will give you an indication of when we can carry out an inspection and we will make an appointment for a suitable time.
How long does a Roof Restoration take?
Restorations can be completed much quicker than a normal roof replacement. Most projects are completed in under a week, with some that can be done in as little as a couple of days.
